However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will do our best to address the issue.

2. Refund Process: Upon verification of the overripe condition of the mangoes, we will initiate a refund based on a case-by-case basis to your original payment method.
